KeyD is a revolutionary and innovative skincare brand that responds to a fast-changing lifestyle. We offer innovative beauty solutions to those who lead a lifestyle always in movement, to those who travel and suffer from sleep deprivation or jetlag, to those who due to work and private commitments are often busy dividing their time between meetings, children, friendships and household management.

We dispatch with GLS courier. Please note that couriers do not deliver by appointment and there is no telephone contact.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your order. Returns for defects are free of charge, for any other reason you are responsible for returning the product.
Notify us, within 14 working days from the date of purchase of the goods, that you wish to withdraw from the purchase by sending an e-mail to customer@keydbeautylab.com. In the communication you must indicate your name and surname (relating to the order), the date of purchase and the order number. In the case of a partial return, you must indicate the name of the product(s) on which you wish to exercise the right of return.Within the same period you must return the goods, using a courier of your choice, in their original packaging, complete with all parts and carefully packed. Please include all documents received in the package. We recommend insuring the shipment against theft and transport damage.
If the returned product has not been insured, in the event of damage or loss occurring during transport, we reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred by deducting it from the amount to be refunded.We do not accept returns for products purchased on sale and for made-to-measure products.

Once you have placed your order it will be processed within a maximum of two working days. When your package is ready we will dispatch it and you will receive a confirmation email. Click on ‘Track your order’.

All products are shipped by express courier in 1-2 working days. When the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. Delivery takes place between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday to Friday. It is possible that the times change depending on the area. Go to “My orders” to check your shipment.

When we receive your return in stock you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Did you pay by credit card?
In this case the refund will be made to the same card or to the associated bank account. It may happen that the date of the refund in your bank statement coincides with the date of purchase.

Did you pay with Paypal?
You will receive the amount for the returned items on the same Paypal account.
